A highly respected boutique civil litigation firm is seeking a Senior Associate Trial Attorney ready to take ownership of complex matters from strategy through verdict. This role offers real autonomy, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the ability to lead high-stakes litigation — not just support it.What You’ll Own• Case strategy from day one through trial• Depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation• First-chair jury trials (strongly preferred)• Mediation and high-level settlement negotiations• Direct client advisory on risk and litigation positioningThis is not a volume-driven practice — this is strategic litigation.What We’re Looking For• 10–15 years of civil litigation experience• Background in insurance defense, personal injury, and/or business litigation• Proven trial experience (first-chair preferred)• Strong legal writing and persuasive advocacy skills• Ability to independently manage complex matters• Active California Bar membership in good standingCompensation & Benefits• $160,000 – $240,000 base (DOE)• Quarterly performance-based bonuses• Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), etc.)• Paid time off• Long-term growth within a respected litigation practiceWhy This Role Stands Out• Real trials.
