This is a growth opportunity within a nationally recognized practice, offering meaningful responsibility and a clear path toward partnership.Attorneys will be involved in:In-court restructuringsOut-of-court restructuringsDebtor-side representations (in and out of court)Creditors’ committee mattersSophisticated restructuring and insolvency proceedingsCandidates should have solid law firm experience handling complex bankruptcy matters.
