Additionally, CA is committed to fostering continuous learning, growth, and ongoing professional development for its employees through an expanded tuition reimbursement program that includes certificates.Requirements:Personal Training candidates must have an NCCA certified Personal Training CertificationCPR/AEDKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Applicants must be available 20 hours a week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidaysStrong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiologyExcellent sales, communication and customer service skillsAbility to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals with a positive and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues.Current CPR and First Aid certification (on job certification available)The pay rate for this position is $16.00/per hour with a commission rate of $23 - $43/per hour.
