This is a hybrid role, with only one required in‐office day per month. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable handling a caseload while working in a mostly remote environment.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of approximately 45+ family law mattersRepresent clients in court and before government agenciesDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and provide thoughtful legal guidance to clientsNegotiate settlements and resolutionsCommunicate regularly with clients and maintain strong client relationshipsParticipate in consultations and assist with new client intakeSupport firm marketing efforts, including networking and outreach eventsPerform administrative and case management tasks related to the practice of lawEnsure compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standardsQualfications0–3 years of family law experience (newer attorneys encouraged to apply)Active Illinois law license and good standingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote settingClient‐focused mindset with a professional and empathetic approachSpanish speaking preferredUpdated Benefits160 hours of PTO per year (accrues from day one)Health, dental, and vision insuranceHybrid work environment with minimal office requirements401(k) planSupportive team culture with mentorship opportunitiesMeaningful opportunities for professional growth and advancementTechnology‐driven systems that support remote work and efficiency
