We are a well-funded, high-growth organization seeking a finance leader who is passionate about renewable energy and excited to help scale a rapidly expanding platform.This role reports to the EVP of Corporate Finance and is responsible for leading Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Investor Relations functions. The Director will oversee short- and long-term forecasting, executive and investor reporting, cash management, and administration of debt and equity facilities. This individual will have visibility across all aspects of the business from a financial and reporting perspective.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.What We OfferCollaborative, high-performing team with deep renewable energy industry expertiseCompetitive compensation package including base salary and performance bonusComprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company matchFlexible hybrid work scheduleOpportunity to play a meaningful role in building and scaling a clean energy platformCore ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead annual budgeting process, full-year forecasting, and long-term financial planningMonitor monthly P&L performance and cash flow; develop ad hoc financial models as neededPrepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews, Board presentations, and investor communicationsOversee adoption and enhancement of financial systems and reporting processesMaintain and update investor return modelsExternal Reporting, Investor Relations & Capital Structure ManagementPartner with the EVP of Corporate Finance on financial reporting and covenant compliance across all debt facilitiesManage monthly reporting requirements for debt and equity stakeholdersMaintain covenant calculations and reporting for both long-term and short-term financing structuresOversee debt service processes, restricted cash reconciliations, transfer certificates, and compliance filingsMaintain notes registry and support quarterly debt investor repayments and dividend distributionsLead implementation and optimization of debt management systemsTreasury ManagementOversee company cash positions across multiple banking relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams on cash forecasting for upcoming development and financing needsExecute timely equity and debt draws; maintain leverage and liquidity reportingSystems & Process ImprovementSupport implementation of new financial tools, systems, and operational process enhancements across departmentsQualificationsRequired Experience7–10 years of experience in FP&A, treasury, and cash managementDemonstrated success supporting smooth project or transaction closingsStrong understanding of development, construction, and financing riskFamiliarity with real estate reporting and valuation methodologiesKnowledge of commercial agreements supporting solar and energy storage development (PPAs, interconnection agreements, site leases, permits, etc.)Advanced financial modeling skills in ExcelExcellent communication and project management capabilities with the ability to engage executives, investors, and external partnersBehavioral & Cultural FitCollaborative team player energized by building and scaling a high-growth platformStrategic thinker with strong analytical and risk assessment skillsResourceful problem solver who can drive projects forward across multiple stakeholdersAdaptable and flexible in evolving markets and underwriting environmentsSelf-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced settingHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to delivering on timelinesProven ability to effectively manage up and support executive leadershipInterested in hearing more?
