The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. This role also involves overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit compliance. The CFO will play a key role in directing grants budgeting, monitoring, and financial stewardship, particularly in the context of federal and state funding. Additionally, the CFO will provide leadership to the revenue cycle team, serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, and drive process improvements, technology optimization, and data transparency across the finance function. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should ideally hold a CPA or MBA/Master's degree and have a background in executive finance leadership. Experience in healthcare and/or nonprofit environments is essential, with a blend of corporate and nonprofit experience being a plus. The role requires a confident communicator who is comfortable partnering with the Board, committees, auditors, lenders, and senior leadership.
