Bodyshop Parts CoordinatorSchlossmann Honda City is eager to hire a Bodyshop Parts Coordinator to work alongside our very busy body shop team. The perfect candidate is a highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task, coordinating with body technicians and managers to achieve efficient results in a large volume environment. Proficiency with all makes and models of new, used and aftermarket automotive parts is required.Job Responsibilities:Place parts orders for auto body techs and paint techsReceive parts in the systemCheck all received parts to ensure parts ordered are correctValidate and communicate correct parts were ordered in a timely mannerReturn parts for creditMatch parts to correct invoicesOrder shop supplies including paint ordering and general shop labor suppliesVisibly demonstrate our commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling safety related behaviorsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Solid computer and phone skillsStrong attention to detailExperience in ordering new, used and aftermarket parts of all automotive makes and modelsGood organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer focusedApply online or contact Gilly Pietrowski, Body Shop Manager at 3gillyp@schlossmannauto.com Or Jeff Shurkoff, Service Director at 3jeffs@schlossmannauto.com
