Bodyshop Parts Coordinator

Schlossmann Honda City is eager to hire a Bodyshop Parts Coordinator to work alongside our very busy body shop team.The perfect candidate is a highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task, coordinating with body technicians and managers to achieve efficient results in a large volume environment.Proficiency with all makes and models of new, used and aftermarket automotive parts is required.Job Responsibilities:Place parts orders for auto body techs and paint techs Receive parts in the system Check all received parts to ensure parts ordered are correct Validate and communicate correct parts were ordered in a timely manner Return parts for credit Match parts to correct invoices Order shop supplies including paint ordering and general shop labor supplies Visibly demonstrate our commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling safety related behaviors Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
