Office Administrator
Office Administrator Sparks Group has partnered with a professional associate in Washington, Dc and together we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of an office environment and assist with assigned projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.Responsibilities Office Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, procurement support, and vendor communication. Help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.Project Support: Support special projects as assigned by management, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Serve as a point of contact for general office inquiries.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve office processes and workflows and assist with implementing approved changes.Compliance and Policy Support: Help ensure office policies and procedures are followed and assist with documentation and updates.Event and Meeting Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.Technology and Systems Support: Coordinate with IT and vendors to support office equipment and systems; assist with troubleshooting routine issues and tracking service requests.Qualifications/Background Profile 35 years of experience in office administration or a related roleStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Visio, Smartsheet, Basware, or ChromeRiver is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with guidanceEffective written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential informationThis job is Hybrid Remote.
