This role is essential to ensuring product samples are accurately tracked, well-organized, and readily available for studio and merchandising needs. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising teamsTrack sample arrivals, maintain accurate inventory records, and communicate delays or issues to relevant partnersAssemble, organize, and maintain sample racks and storage areas to ensure easy accessibilitySupport studio setup, including preparing sets and maintaining overall studio organization and cleanlinessAssist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in partnership with the visual merchandising teamPrioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectivesCapture and catalog studio sample photography to support inventory tracking and internal documentationQualifications1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management preferredStrong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and ability to quickly learn new systemsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh level of accountability and attention to detail, particularly with data accuracyWhy Join Us?This is a great opportunity to work closely with creative and merchandising teams in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
