Key Responsibilities Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide effective care and advice Observe, interpret, and communicate symptoms to physicians and healthcare teams Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.) Administer and adjust medications and treatments per physician's orders Maintain hygiene and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and patient area preparation Provide urgent medical care in emergency situations Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
