Research, master, plan, coordinate, and design web-based courses and curricula for target populations at sea.Establish and develop course plans and coordinate and integrate instructional methods using a systems approach to training.Develop learning maps, and perform learning analyses.Serve as a technical expert on the development and revision of content, organization, style, format, emphasis, and treatment of instructional material.Provide curriculum change service and audit management support.Design and develop interactive instructional material based on selected technological applications.Implement appropriate learning standards and rigor and use outcome assessment data for course curricular, and program improvementDevelop a rich learning environment through instructional technology for remote training, online education, and simulation training.To apply, please send your resume and let us know when you would be available to start.
