Our client provides comprehensive logistics services supporting both domestic and international customers. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations, leading a dedicated team, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise warehouse staff, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs to ensure accuracy, productivity, safety, and timely order fulfillment.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to support inventory integrity.Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards and policies.Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve operational efficiency.Control warehouse budget, monitoring labor, equipment, and operational costs.Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and transportation teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes and maintain consistency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized methodologies.Must-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.Nice-to-Have Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.Experience in 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment environments.Lean / Six Sigma certification.Forklift certification or strong knowledge of material handling equipment.Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
