Spanish speaking Warehouse Manager

A Japanese freight forwarding company located in Wood Dale is seeing for a Spanish speaking Warehouse Manager. ( Manages 2 warehouses in the Chicago NW suburbs)Salary range :$73,000~$75,000 (Full time,Exempt)Benefits: PTO and Medical,Dental and Life insurance eligibility: after 60 days of employment401k eligible after 1 year of employmentBackground Profile:Bilingual in Spanish and English•5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management, especially in 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment•Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.•Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.•Forklift certification or knowledge of material handling equipment.Responsibilities:•Manage and supervise warehouse staff ( 12 members), including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.•Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping).•Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.•Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.prove efficiency.•Manage warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operational costs.•Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and transportation teams to meet customer demands.
