Fund Controller

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fund Controller to oversee the accounting and financial reporting operations for our investment funds.Key ResponsibilitiesManage fund accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and capital call/distribution notices.Oversee NAV calculations, fee calculations, and carried interest allocations.Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.Liaise with fund managers, investors, auditors, and service providers.Lead and develop the fund accounting team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).8-10 years of fund accounting or private equity experience.Strong knowledge of fund operations and financial reporting.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
