American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - House Supervisor for a hospital-based leadership position in California, requiring a CA RN license and a minimum of 5 years of experience.Job Details• Hospital house supervisor role overseeing bed control, staffing, and facility-wide operational needs,• Serves as the administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians when leadership is not on-site,• Provides functional guidance across all units and serves as a resource for decision-making in patient care services, non-clinical services, and staffing,• Responds to codes and Rapid Response Team (RRT) activations,• Shift options include Days (3x12, 7:00-19:30) and Nights (3x12, 19:00-7:30),• On-call and weekend coverage are required,Job Requirements• Active California (CA) RN license required,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 5 years of RN experience required,• Prior hospital house supervisor experience expected given the scope of the role,• Two supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration,Additional Information• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates - candidates within 50 miles should inquire about local rates,• Former employees or travelers must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler,
