Manage allocated agency co-op budgets, carefully evaluating agent/agency ROI for sales events, sponsorship activities, and key community events. The BSM will assist with developing growth strategy, conduct face to face meetings, take and make telephone calls with prospective agents and agencies, and providing them with the ongoing training and support needed to ensure that the expected number of RTS Agents are in place in advance of AEP.
