Identify and scale best-in-class design standards across our global network of delivery stations.2. Lead initiatives that objectively measure and improve safety, cost,and efficiency in delivery station design.3. Analyze operational data and build reports to support designdecisions.4. Develop and validate design standards through data-drivenanalysis.5. Identify unnecessary variation and propagate best-in-classstandards.6. Participate in design review and site walks to gather directoperational feedback.7. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.8. Support continuous improvement initiatives for launch designquality.9. Partner with Engineering teams to implement designimprovements.10. Document and standardize best practices across regions.11. Collaborate with Operations leaders and Design Engineers tounderstand their challenges, conducting analyses of buildingdesigns and operational data, and developing recommendationsfor improvements.12. Participate in post-launch design walks, gather direct feedbackfrom site teams, and work continuously to improve designstandards.13.
