Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize core supply chain operations across sourcing, inventory, logistics, and distribution. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and products move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting business continuity, cost control, and scalability.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, inventory, procurement, and logisticsEnsure appropriate inventory levels to support operational and customer demandIdentify and mitigate supply risks, constraints, and disruptionsCoordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain reliable supply flowMonitor supply chain performance and recommend process improvementsMaintain accurate data within ERP or inventory management systemsAnalyze supply chain metrics to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-makingCollaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business needsQualificationsSeveral years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain fundamentalsExperience working with ERP or inventory systemsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trendsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple prioritiesCompensation & Benefits includes: Salary: $120,000 annuallyHealth/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance401k Retirement Plan with company matchPaid parental leave
