Benefits:Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentVision insuranceWellness resourcesMarketing CoordinatorFINBOA | B2B SaaS / Fintech MarketingFINBOA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs to help execute our event, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives.This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments who enjoys coordinating campaigns, webinars, and industry events while building hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and platforms.Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will support programs that drive brand awareness, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and pipeline growth for FINBOA's SaaS solutions serving the financial services industry.What You'll DoEvent & Webinar CoordinationSupport logistics and coordination for industry conferences, tradeshows, and user eventsAssist with planning and promotion of FINBOA's B2B webinar programsCoordinate vendors and event materials Campaign & Demand Generation SupportAssist with execution of email campaigns, event promotions, and partner marketing initiativesSupport campaign setup and execution in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpotHelp coordinate campaign assets and landing page updates Social Media & Marketing ContentDraft and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with B2B campaign messagingCreate supporting visuals using Canva or similar design toolsAssist with preparation of sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials Marketing OperationsTrack and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, campaign engagement, event attendance, and social metricsAssist with coordination of marketing vendors and external partnersSupport additional marketing projects as needed What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field3 years of marketing experience within a B2B, SaaS, or technology companyExperience supporting industry events, webinars, or tradeshow marketing programsHands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project tools such as AsanaExperience with Canva or similar tools for basic marketing visualsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent written and professional communication skillsExperience marketing to financial services, fintech, or banking audiences is a plus What Success Looks LikeCampaigns, webinars, and events are executed accurately and on scheduleMarketing metrics are tracked to support demand generation and pipeline goalsSocial and digital content aligns with broader campaign messaging and brand standardsYou continue to expand your marketing technology and campaign execution skills Additional InformationOccasional travel to industry conferences or company events may be required
