This role ensures marketing efforts are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong alignment with sales and revenue objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales EnablementMaintain sales document repositoryExecute marketing plans, campaigns, and content updatesMaintain marketing materials, collateral, and databasesLead the end-to-end RFP and bid process from intake to submissionReview RFP requirements and develop a clear response strategy and timelineManage proposal calendars, deadlines, and deliverablesCoordinate bid/no-bid decisions with leadershipProposal Development and SupportSupport development of client presentations and pitch materialsPrepare teams for oral presentations or interviewsAlign messaging across written proposals and live presentationsTrack marketing performance, pipeline activity, and ROIMaintain reporting for campaigns and lead generationDevelop compelling, client-focused proposals aligned with win strategyTranslate technical, operational, and pricing inputs into clear, persuasive narrativesTailor responses to reflect client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioningEnsure proposals highlight value, differentiation, and brand strengthsEstablish and improve proposal processes, workflows, and tools as neededTrain and guide team members on proposal processContent Management & Quality ControlEnsure brand consistency across all materials and communicationsMaintain and update a proposal content library (templates, case studies, resumes, boilerplate)Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and high qualityReview proposals for consistency, tone, branding, and completenessManage version control and final packagingCollaborate with finance and leadership on pricing strategy and structureEnsure alignment between scope, pricing, and client expectationsSupport development of competitive and profitable bidsCompliance & Risk ManagementImprove workflows and tracking systems for marketing activitiesEnsure proposals meet all RFP requirements and submission criteriaIdentify and mitigate contractual or commercial risksCoordinate with legal or leadership on terms and exceptionsMaintain compliance with internal policies and external regulationsMarketing Execution, Event & Coordination SupportMaintain external content, sites and updatesDevelop newsletters, PR content, and marketing materialsCoordinate events, sponsorships, and conferences with Client Engagement Team, Sales and other cross functional teams as neededSupport compelling, client-focused narratives that clearly communicate valueDevelop and maintain case studies, project profiles, and client success storiesCreate reusable marketing collateral for proposals and business developmentBuild and manage a content library (boilerplate, resumes, visuals, testimonials)Ensure messaging reflects market trends, client needs, and competitive positioningCreate and align win themes, key differentiators, and positioning strategyEnsure proposals tell a cohesive story from start to finishPerformance TrackingSupport logistics and travel coordination for sales initiativesTrack win/loss data and proposal performance metricsLead post-submission debriefs to identify improvementsContinuously refine proposal processes, templates, and strategiesStay informed on market trends, competitors, and client expectationsWhat Success in This Role Looks Like:Success in this role is demonstrated by consistent execution of marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and sales efforts.
