Electrical Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a strong and growing pipeline of construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams from preconstruction through close-out. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery by overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a solid backlog, strong leadership, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reportingMaintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and all involved stakeholdersSecure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance coverageFacilitate project meetings to coordinate work activities and ensure alignmentLead, train, and develop project team membersPrepare and submit monthly project status reports outlining priorities, risks, and key issuesMonitor project schedules, establish deadlines, and track progress against milestonesManage project risks and implement mitigation strategiesOversee project close-out, including turnover of manuals, warranties, and final payment documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and design teamsPromote and enforce a strong culture of safety on all project sitesSupport business development efforts through participation in proposals and presentationsFoster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environmentQualificationsDegree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects2+ years of experience leading and developing teamsStrong understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of construction projectsProven ability to manage projects from start to finish successfullySkilled in building and negotiating relationships with clients and subcontractorsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesDemonstrated leadership, accountability, and a strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $105K - $130K (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors)Performance bonusesStrong benefits packageStable project backlogCareer advancement opportunitiesApply / ContactFor confidential consideration, contact Lee Stevicks directly at (605) 705-3635 or send resumes to lee.stevicks@gogpac.com
