Job Description

Applied Cyber Concepts requires foundational research, development, and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities from the emerging applied cyber concepts research. The contractor shall create hardware and software component design specifications and use appropriate industry standard development methodologies and tools to implement those specifications. In addition to functionality features, the following shall be included in the designs: interfaces, security, performance, controls, databases, frameworks, and user experience. The contractor shall test and document results in accordance with the Government approved test plan. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).Required QualificationsTS/SCI with agency appropriate polySeven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Required Technical SkillsJAVAUnderstanding of other dependency tools: Gradle, Spring, Docker, GitLinux and bash terminalDesired Technical SkillsJavaScriptExperience with software development and engineering best practicesExperience with CI/CD processObject-oriented design and implementationDebugging and test validationPKI and X.509 infrastructureThe Benefits PackageWyetech believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement.
