The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in utilities, concrete, excavation, and more. If that sounds like you, please apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules, coordinate sequencing, and ensure resources are aligned with deadlines.Create and track budgets, review bids, manage change orders, and maintain financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project teams, oversee subcontractor performance, and maintain strong working relationships across all trades.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met.Conduct site visits, review workmanship, and enforce company standards and building codes.Identify potential issues early, implement solutions, and uphold safety protocols on all job sites.Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and support leadership with accurate project data.QualificationsProven experience managing construction projects, ideally in heavy civil construction.Strong understanding of civil construction permitting processes, and best practices.Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites across the Denver metro area.
