FMLA Specialist - Bilingual

GARNEY CONSTRUCTIONThe FMLA Specialist supports employee-owners with their leave and benefit needs, serving as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource throughout the leave process. This role is responsible for administering employee leaves, assisting with benefits enrollment, maintaining accurate leave and benefits records, and generating required reports. The FMLA Specialist ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations while proactively resolving issues as they arise. Going above and beyond transactional support, this role focuses on educating employee-owners about available leave options and benefit programs to help them make informed decisions.
