The flagship is a market-leading technology and visual data services provider headquartered in Atlanta. The culture is collaborative, data-driven, and deeply people-first — and the awards back it up.This is a high-visibility, hands-on HR role with the scope and ownership of a small-company seat, plus the resources and stability of a global organization behind it.The RoleAs the HR People Partner, you'll be the day-to-day HR business partner for ~190 employees across two companies. You'll own employee relations end-to-end and drive the training and development programs that keep the culture strong as both businesses scale. In addition this role will be involved in benefits administration and payroll for a period of time requiring someone with a generalist background.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations — investigations, performance coaching, workplace conflicts, accommodations, and terminations — across both companies.Partner with managers and leaders on team dynamics, organizational changes, and difficult conversations; coach them to lead better.Own the training and development function: identify capability gaps, design and deliver programs (manager training, compliance, onboarding, professional development), and bring in outside partners when needed.Lead new-hire onboarding so every employee gets a consistent, culture-rich start at either company.Interpret and apply company policies and employment law; keep handbooks current and aligned across both businesses.Use HR data — engagement surveys, exit interviews, turnover trends — to spot patterns and recommend proactive solutions to leadership.Support performance management cycles, calibration discussions, and career development conversations.Collaborate with the broader divisional HR team on benefits, total rewards, and talent programs that span the larger organization.Champion the inclusive, award-winning culture that makes both companies somewhere people want to stay.What You'll BringRequiredMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with clear, demonstrated ownership of complex employee relations matters (investigations, performance management, terminations, accommodations, workplace conflict).Generalist experience with Benefits Administration and payrollBachelor's degree required (any field of study).Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs — manager development, compliance, onboarding, soft skills, or professional development.Working knowledge of federal and Georgia employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII) and the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance for managers.Strong consulting and influence skills — comfortable coaching leaders, holding difficult conversations, and pushing back constructively when needed.Sound judgment, discretion, and high integrity with confidential and sensitive matters.Currently located in metro Atlanta and able to work a hybrid schedule from the office in West Midtown.PreferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.Experience supporting more than one business unit, location, or legal entity simultaneously.Experience in a technology, software, or professional services environment.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar) and learning management systems.Experience operating within a larger global organization while supporting smaller, agile business units.What We OfferA comprehensive and competitive benefits package built around the well-being and long-term growth of every employee:Employer-paid health and dental insurance (100% covered for the employee; family coverage subsidized).401(k) retirement plan with company match.Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability.Paid parental leave.Tuition reimbursement for continued education and professional growth.Company OutingsModern West Midtown Atlanta office — close to top restaurants and the BeltLine.Competitive base salary up to $100,000, commensurate with experience.Work Model & LocationHybrid role based in metro Atlanta. Candidates must currently reside in the Atlanta area; relocation is not provided.
