The product offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.JOB PURPOSEThe Human Resources Administrator supports the Human Resources team, the coordination of HR information and training, and supports HR projects.Main ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to the HR teamEnsure HR data and systems integrityProcess unemployment claimsLiaises with HRS to ensure compliance with administrative processesMay conduct orientation for new hiresReview and code Human Resources invoicesSupport Human Resources annual processesMaintain all site bulletin boards for legal complianceRespond to enquiries and assist employees to complete necessary formsMonthly and quarterly reportingUpdate job descriptions as needed.Support HR training, development and competency effortsHandle high volume admin tasks such as onboarding, offboarding and status changesComplete exit interviewsSupport project management administrationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in administration within a Human Resources DepartmentExperience within an HRISExperience managing projects from start to finishExposure to process improvementsUnderstanding of the HR employee lifecyclePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in human resources or related fieldExperienceExperienced with WorkdayCOMPETENCIES Strong administrative skills Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Strong communication skills and attention to detail Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and teamwork skillsCompensationExpected compensation for this role is between $54,000 to $65,000.BenefitsSandvik offers a comprehensive total compensation package, including a competitive benefits package of health, dental and disability insurance, and an outstanding 401(k) retirement savings plan.
