This role also contributes to employee support initiatives and general HR operations. RESPONSIBILITIESProcess and maintain accurate employee onboarding documentation and records.Schedule and manage pre-employment requirements including background checks and screening activities.Assist with orientation and onboarding for newly hired employees, including temporary-to-permanent staff.Escalate employee relations concerns or policy-related matters to the appropriate HR contacts when needed.Provide support with leave administration, workers’ compensation matters, employee benefit questions, and enrollment activities.Help with additional HR projects, reporting, and departmental assignments as requested.Maintain organized employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Offer administrative assistance to HR leadership and support daily office operations. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of Human Resources or administrative support experience preferred.Strong keyboarding and data management abilities with high accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; HRIS experience such as ADP is beneficial.Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential employee information appropriately.
