Senior Manager, Business Development - Contract Manufacturing

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues. Analyze customer demand forecasts, and track key sales metrics. Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth. Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred. Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred.
