This is a 3x12 schedule (36 hours/week) ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in complex surgical environments.Compensation$89.00 – $91.00 per hourHourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Role OverviewProvide expert nursing care in the CVOR, circulating and scrubbing for complex cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures. You'll play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCirculate and scrub for advanced cardiovascular and thoracic surgeriesRespond to emergent situations, including CV codes and ECMO supportPerform patient assessments and monitor for intraoperative complicationsCollaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesEducate and support patients and families throughout the care continuumMaintain a safe, compliant, and efficient surgical environmentQualificationsActive California RN licenseCurrent BLS (American Heart Association)Required: 3+ years CVOR experienceThis position circulates and scrubs complex cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.
