Senior Maintenance Mechanic (Residential Senior Living)

Should have a working knowledge of HVACWill be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and "on-call" overtime as necessaryBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsMust possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
