This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and acquisition partner teams to analyze financial data, identify process gaps, and support scalable enterprise reporting and integration.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and manipulate large financial datasets using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to support ERP integrations and reportingFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with Finance, Operations, and acquisition partner teamsDevelop understanding of current state processes and perform process gap analysis to support detailed data integrationMap and harmonize data between partner legacy systems to new platformsDevelop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysisTranslate finance and business requirements into clear process documentation and analytical outputsPerform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure accuracy during system integrationsContribute to the development of a scalable finance integration playbook for future M&A activitySupport change management efforts related to new systems, processes, and reporting standardsCollaborate with external consultant, IT, and finance to ensure timely and accurate integration deliverablesUp to 25% travel, including overnight stays, to support integration and partner firm needsRequired Skills & Experience:Degree Accounting, Finance, or SimilarStrong SQL skills for querying, validating, and reconciling financial dataExperience with Power BI (or similar analytics tools)Solid understanding of finance and accounting processesExperience supporting ERP implementations or system integrationsAbility to communicate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholdersExperience working in fast paced, M&A driven environments preferred
