This role is ideal for someone with a well-rounded accounting background who can manage multiple priorities and support business decision-making. Job Duties:Perform general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close supportAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementPrepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership and operations teamsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesAssist with AP/AR functions and other accounting tasks as neededEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systemsPartner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to provide financial insightsSupport audits, compliance efforts, and internal controlsAssist with process improvements within accounting and reporting functionsManage multiple accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required2–5+ years of accounting experience requiredManufacturing accounting experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with financial analysis and reporting functionsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredExperience with ERP/accounting systems preferredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal trainingEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
