Pattern Maker (Aerospace casting)

Innovation is in our DNA—and our next chapter starts with you.What will you do?Integrate gating designs into mold designs to facilitate both requirements in parallelProduce core geometries by using blueprintsReads both 2D and 3D blueprintsEstablish mold lines and parting geometries and hand craft methodsSupport bench work efforts including fixture, parting and box building, and rigging workAcquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career developmentMaintain a clean, organized work areaComply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresAbility to work overtimeAttendanceAbility to work at the Bloomington facilityWork on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by ManagementWhat will make you a successful candidate?Associate's degree or Certificate3-5 years of pattern making experienceWhat do we have to offer?$32.00-34.00 per hour DOE5% quarterly bonus potential6-2:30 pm Monday- FridayPaid training plus educational assistance401(k) with company match12.5 days PTO / ESSTPaid holidays Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large "function critical" products.
