Medical Director

Part-Time Medical Director (Remote) $6,000/month | 8-10 hrs/week | Fully remote | Malpractice coveredThe Short VersionAmazing Meds is a telehealth clinic specializing in hormone optimization for men and women across 45 states and D.C. We accept insurance, which is rare in this space. We need a Medical Director to own our clinical standards: design the protocols, set the formulary, audit quality, and see a small number of complex cases directly. This is a clinical leadership role, not a patient volume play. You focus purely on the medicine while we handle 100% of the admin, credentialing, paperwork, and scheduling. What It's Actually LikeWe're direct, we move fast, and we don't do endless committees. You won't sit through pointless meetings or chase people for answers. We built this practice to be low-friction for providers on purpose. Our clinical team operates under strict, standardized protocols. Nobody deviates without approval. Your role is setting the clinical standard and making sure it's followed, not micromanaging day-to-day care. Think of it as building the playbook and making sure the team runs it correctly.Compensation$6,000/month ($72,000 annualized)8-10 hours per week, flexible schedule1099 independent contractorMalpractice insurance fully coveredAll admin, credentialing, scheduling, and CPA logistics handled by our ops teamWhat You'll DoDesign, implement, and maintain clinical protocols that standardize care delivery across our multi-state footprint.Serve as named Medical Director and clinical authority for the practice.See a small number of patients directly (5-8/week), primarily complex or escalated cases.Conduct chart reviews and clinical audits to ensure protocol adherence and quality standards.Partner with leadership on formulary decisions, scope-of-practice standards, and telehealth compliance.Provide physician oversight where required by state law, including Collaborative Practice Agreements (our ops team prepares and manages all documentation). What We Need From YouMD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license and active DEA registration.Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, or a related specialty.Multiple active state licenses strongly preferred, especially alignment with our 45-state + D.C. footprint.Experience with testosterone therapy (men and women), hormone replacement therapy, peptides, and GLP-1 medications.Comfortable prescribing testosterone for both men and women when clinically appropriate.Solid understanding of telehealth compliance and multi-state medical practice. How to ApplyHit Easy Apply and attach your current CV.
