This pivotal role is dedicated to driving the organization forward, reinforcing its values-driven culture, and deep commitment to patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for a strategic, transparent, and customer-service-oriented HR function, and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that human capital strategies are aligned with the business imperatives, particularly in the context of the organization's mission and fast growth trajectory. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years' experience in a senior HR or healthcare industry role, with a minimum of 7 years' in a management position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-functioning HR teams, as well as in strategic HR management, particularly in the areas of workforce development, and stability, and a commitment to health equity. In-depth knowledge of healthcare workforce management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention in both union and non-union environments, is essential. The role requires a leader with strong consulting and coaching skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a highly relational, adaptable, and communicative approach.
