Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

TinkBird is seeking a Primary Care Provider to support a community-based outpatient PACE program in North Carolina serving a geriatric and underserved patient population within a collaborative, team-based care model.Position Details Job Type: Locum or Locum-to-Perm Start Date: ASAP Setting: Outpatient PACE clinic Specialty: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Long-Term Care EMR: Greenway Schedule Monday Friday 8:30 AM 4:00 PM 7.5-hour days with a 30-minute lunch No call, no weekends, no holidays Assignment Length: 60 days with potential to convert to permanent Practice Environment Geriatric, underserved patient population Team-based care model with interdisciplinary support Coordinated referrals to specialists In-person care only (no telehealth) Requirements Board Certified NP, PA, or Physician Minimum 2 years of experience (Primary Care, Hospice, or LTC) BLS/CPR and ACLS required Active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain) Must be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid enrollment Travel & Logistics Mileage reimbursed at federal rate Must be within reasonable driving distance (75-mile radius) About TinkBirdTinkBird Healthcare Staffing is a specialized healthcare recruiting firm connecting clinicians with high-quality locum and permanent opportunities nationwide.
