Position Qualifications
Education
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the American Medical Association is required
Certification/Licensure
Advance Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.)
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
