A well-established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group with more than 30 years of service to the community is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join its collegial and high-performing team. Practice Overview 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group Two Emergency Departments located 35 minutes and one hour West of Atlanta Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers Emergency Department sizes: 40-bed ED 36-bed ED Annual volumes: Approximately 65,000 visits/year (Conyers area) Approximately 45,000 visits/year (Villa Rica area) Group includes dedicated Nocturnists and employs experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Physicians work at both locations Position Details 16 eight-hour shifts per month Approximately 14 day shifts/2 night shiftsStrong nocturnist coverage in place All current physicians are EM Board Certified or Board Eligible Supportive, collaborative group culture with long-standing physician retention Compensation & BenefitsYear 1 Salary: $325,000Year 2 Salary: $350,000Partnership begins Year 3 Average partner compensation approximately $450,000 Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 Start Bonus: $50,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000 (actual expenses) Comprehensive benefits package Malpractice insurance fully paid by the group Partnership Opportunity Full partnership after Year 2 Proven private practice model with transparency and shared governance Long-term stability and strong earning potential Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine only Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine Eligible for Georgia medical licensure Community: Located just west of Atlanta, this welcoming community offers small-town charm with convenient access to major metro amenities.
