Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionProject Manager opportunity overseeing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution.Projects consist of ground up commercial construction projects between $20M - $75M in value with a well-established general contractor offering a strong backlog and long-term growth potential.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financialsCoordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentationWork closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout constructionSupport project safety, quality control, and schedule adherenceLead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project coordinationTrack forecasting, billing, and overall project performanceAssist with buyout, permitting, and contract administration processesHelp resolve field and operational issues to maintain project progress and client satisfactionQualifications5+ years of experience with a general contractorExperience managing ground up commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction operations and project financialsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar softwareDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredDesign-Build experience a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryVehicle allowance Bonus opportunity401(k)100% paid Full benefits packagePTO and continued career growth opportunities
