Job DescriptionSenior Construction Project Manager - Data Center ProjectsA nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role provides overall project leadership, overseeing multiple workstreams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in mission-critical construction and has successfully led large, technically complex data center projects with significant MEP scope, aggressive schedules, and high coordination demands.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership for large-scale data center construction projectsManage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project EngineersOversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and change management at a senior levelEstablish and manage master project schedules and milestone trackingLead coordination of complex MEP systems and critical infrastructureServe as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and executive stakeholdersOversee procurement strategies for long-lead and critical equipmentSupport and influence preconstruction strategy, constructability reviews, and logistics planningGuide project closeout, commissioning coordination, and final turnoverRequired Experience & Qualifications8+ years of experience managing data center or mission-critical construction projectsDemonstrated experience leading large project teams and complex scopes of workStrong understanding of MEP systems, power distribution, and mission-critical infrastructureProven ability to manage fast-track schedules and high-risk project environmentsExperience with project delivery on large, high-value projectsProficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsEducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsAggressive compensation packageComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plansLong-term career growth with a nationally recognized contractorExperienced data center leaders who want to run work-not just manage tasks-should consider this opportunity.
