Commercial Real Estate company is looking for someone to join their Irvine team. This position will support a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Company owns and manages spaces in the California market. This position will be working on an on-site office campus style portfolio. Position is a great career potential for someone eager to learn and jump in, while earning excellent compensation, and working part-time!! Position will be a temporary coverage 20-25 hours a week - flexible for every day or 3-4 days a week. This is a temporary coverage through January 2025!Responsibilities:Greeting incoming guests/tenants and taking incoming callsResponding to emails and requests through the service portalCommunicating with vendorsScheduling routine maintenance and notifying tenantsMaintaining certificates of insurance and business licensesContacting tenants to update filesApproving and coding incoming payablesContacting tenants for receivablesCoordinating tenant appreciation eventsTroubleshooting tenant and building emergenciesDispatching maintenanceProviding vendors feedback on serviceActing as a liaison between the Property Manager and tenantsAssisting Property Manager with various projectsSpecial Skills:Ability to work with othersCapability to work with numbers and peopleStrong problem solving abilitiesMust Have:MS Office - intermediate to advanced2+ years of Administrative, industry experience is a plus1 year in property management - open to someone from student housing or residential, commercial ideal!!BS and BA preferred
