CGP Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $65.00 to $70.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes.Manage the month-end close cycle, including reconciliations and journal entries.Support the completion of financial audits and ensure readiness of documentation.Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure proper accounting treatment.Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics.Strong understanding of general ledger management and financial reporting.Ability to manage month-end close processes independently and efficiently.Familiarity with audit preparation and financial compliance standards. Qualifications:Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams.Effective communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.Comfortable using accounting software and adapting to new systems.Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.REF #51178
