Established (99+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney in Manhattan!An established firm based in New York, NY with over 99 years in practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team on a hybrid schedule with four days per week in office. This role will focus on complex commercial litigation, securities disputes, and federal court practice, representing clients in high-stakes business matters across state and federal jurisdictions.Offer:Salary range: $225,000-$325,000+, contingent on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Generous paid time off and recognized holidays Life and long-term disability insurance Continuing legal education and bar dues coverage Collegial mid-sized firm environment with sophisticated, partner-level workQualifications:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active admission to the New York State Bar in good standing Minimum of 10+ years of substantive experience handling commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Demonstrated track record litigating securities disputes, including matters involving fraud, regulatory enforcement, and shareholder claims Extensive experience practicing before federal courts, including drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and arguing before judges and magistrates Strong analytical, research, and persuasive writing skills with the ability to manage complex case strategy independently Excellent client communication skills and a proven ability to mentor junior associates and collaborate effectively within a litigation teamResponsibilities:Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals Handle securities litigation involving claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and federal regulatory issues Represent clients in federal court proceedings throughout the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and other jurisdictions as needed Develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and memoranda Take and defend depositions, lead discovery efforts, and prepare witnesses for trial and hearings Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality counsel Mentor and supervise associates while contributing to firm business development and practice growth Email Your Resume In Word ToChris.Minyon@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
