Duties and Responsibilities:Manage complex commercial litigation from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft high-level briefs, motions, and discovery documents in bet-the-company disputes. Conduct depositions, manage experts, and participate in mediations and court appearances. Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD from an accredited law school and active NY bar. 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable law firm. Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills.
