If you’re driven by excellence, safety, and teamwork, you belong here.Job Summary -We are seeking an experienced and dependable Infrared Paving Foreman to lead a crew responsible for infrared asphalt repair operations. This role oversees daily jobsite activities, ensures quality work and safe practices, and coordinates materials, equipment, and labor to complete high-performance infrared patching and pavement restoration projects. The ideal candidate has strong asphalt knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage production while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities -Lead and supervise the daily operations of the infrared paving crewOperate or oversee the use of infrared asphalt heaters, rollers, and related equipmentEnsure proper prep, heating, blending, and compaction for seamless asphalt repairsMonitor repair quality and ensure finished patches meet job specificationsPlan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage crew productivityCoordinate materials, equipment, and truck logistics to and from job sitesMaintain communication with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other trades as neededConduct daily safety meetings and enforce PPE use and company safety policiesKeep accurate records of labor, production quantities, materials used, and jobsite conditionsTrain and mentor crew members in proper infrared repair techniques and best practicesTroubleshoot issues in the field and make adjustments as necessary to maintain workflowPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
