In this role, you’ll assist with various tasks involved in pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This is a hands-on, physical job requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities -Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting formsLoad, unload, and move materials and tools to job sitesBreak up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completedMaintain a clean and organized job siteSupport other crew members and take direction from supervisorsQualifications/Requirements -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
