As we continue to grow, were looking for a detail-oriented and friendly team member to support our daily operations and customer care.Position OverviewCity Pop is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant & Customer Care Representative to support our administrative tasks and provide excellent service to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer CareRespond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional mannerResolve order issues such as shipping delays, replacements, and product questionsProcess refunds, exchanges, and replacement orders when necessaryMonitor customer support platforms and maintain high customer satisfactionAdministrative SupportAssist with order management and tracking shipmentsMaintain organized records of orders, customer communications, and internal documentsSupport team members with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasksAssist with inventory coordination and vendor communication as neededHelp maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheetsGeneral DutiesSupport daily operations of the City Pop teamAssist with special projects and seasonal demand periodsHelp ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers and partnersQualifications13 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with customer service platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) preferredBasic proficiency with Google Workspace Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and problem-solving mindsetPreferred SkillsExperience in e-commerce or retail customer serviceFamiliarity with Shopify or order management systemsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively recblid tvj9hnc9yoagglb6eeja01bcbg37u2
