Regional Marketing Manager

Welcome!‎Position SummaryThe Regional Marketing Manager oversees and manages marketing strategy, marketing program planning and development for Service Experts local service centers for assigned regions.‎Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Regional strategic marketing plans.Work with center management and Regional Directors on strategic marketing planning and development and implementation of marketing campaignsMarket research planning and analysisEnsure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communicationsDirect the development of revenue generating consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts CentersAssist in the development of internal communication materials for consumer campaignsReview marketing performance using data from internal and external sourcesReview media efficiency and cost savings procurement for applicable centersDevelop and implement test and control plans to improve direct marketing efficiency and effectivenessFacilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centersResponsible for the effective implementation of all marketing programs within Region and Areas.Works with Corporate VP, Field Sales & Corporate Marketing as well as with Area Sales Managers, to develop national, regional and area marketing and sales promotionsProvide field support for Corporate Marketing programs (co-ordination, execution, measurement & feedback)Post campaign analysis and communication of best practicesIdentify company partnership opportunities including local or regional utilities and partnersOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor degree required or equivalent work experience6+ years marketing related experience3+ years direct marketing and lead generation experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative and strategic thinkerSuperior analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of dataExcellent interpersonal communication abilitiesStrong knowledge of marketing & advertising principlesAdvertising Agency management experiencePrepared and available for travel within the Area and to Service Experts locationsExceptional problem-solving and planning skillsA complete and thorough understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office softwareAbility to assess the Regional/Area marketsEssential SkillsStrategy Development: Excellent strategic planning capabilitiesCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to actively influence internal customers on marketing strategyFinancial Acumen: Comfortable with managing and interpreting data (campaign evaluation and MROI)Organizational/Detail Oriented: Excellent organizational abilities that support complex project managementLeadership: Ability to manage and direct external advertising agencyLeadership: Ability to effectively delegate and direct tactical marketing responsibilities in accordance with marketing plansAttitude: Willingness to consider and accept new ideas, responsibilities and conceptsInnovation: Always looking for new ideas to help improve programs, processes and systems.‎Minimum Years of Experience: 6+Bachelors Degree‎‎Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.The job description is not intended to be a complete list of all responsibilities, duties or skills required for the job and is subject to review and change at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with the needs of Service Experts.Service Experts is committed to making our workplace accessible to individuals with disabilities and will provide reasonable accommodations, upon request, for individuals to participate in the application and hiring process.
