This role oversees the design and optimization of the customer journey using Account-Based Marketing (ABM), owned media channels, and integrated marketing strategies to support enterprise growth objectives.Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Innovation teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. The role leads strategy for key owned channelsincluding website and emailwhile ensuring marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance measurement frameworks effectively support pipeline development, account expansion, and customer lifetime value.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and optimization of the end-to-end customer journey across priority audience segments and industry verticals to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.Direct Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to strengthen engagement with target accounts and increase account density.Oversee strategy and performance of owned digital channels, including the corporate website and email ecosystem, to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.Establish and maintain marketing automation and CRM strategy within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and performance visibility.Develop measurement frameworks and reporting processes to evaluate marketing's contribution to pipeline generation, account penetration, and revenue growth.Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Operations, and Innovation teams to align marketing initiatives with sales outreach, operational capabilities, and strategic priorities.Assess market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and content development priorities.Guide the development and prioritization of high-value marketing assets (e.g., industry reports, case studies, white papers) that support strategic growth initiatives.Support expansion and retention of key service lines, including Onsites, Advanced Primary Care, and Telemedicine, through targeted engagement strategies and content deployment.Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging that reinforces Concentra's leadership as a workforce health partner.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing, Communications, e-commerce Degree must be from an accredited college or university.Education Details: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experienceIn lieu of higher education, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice-versa.Customarily has at least ten (10) years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a complex B2B or enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth in pipeline, revenue, or customer engagement.Experience implementing or optimizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem or comparable platforms.Proven success designing and managing customer lifecycle marketing strategies that improve retention and account lifetime value.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.Experience managing and developing marketing teams in a high-growth or fast-paced organizational environment.Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and FlexibilityAbility to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutionsOutstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalismThe ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policiesAdditional Data401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchMedical, Vision, Prescription, Telehealth, & Dental PlansLife & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffColleague Referral Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementCommuter BenefitsDependent Care Spending AccountEmployee DiscountsWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
